Anonymous Retreats provides luxury wellness experiences, healing programs, rejuvenation journeys, meditation, and personal growth retreats.
These terms govern the use of this website and the participation in the retreats offered by the brand.
3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
- All bookings must be made through the official website or authorized channels.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your place.
- The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
- Prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 60 days before retreat start: 70% refund.
- 30 to 59 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days: non-refundable.
- In case of force majeure, a credit voucher may be offered for future retreats.
- If Anonymous Retreats cancels or reschedules an event, participants will receive a full refund or date change option.
5. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
- Participants must be in adequate physical and mental condition.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to inform about any medical conditions or allergies prior to arrival.
- Retreats do not replace medical or psychological care.
- Anonymous Retreats is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from non-compliance with rules or circumstances beyond our control.
- Respectful and conscious behavior is expected at all times.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
Anonymity and confidentiality are at the heart of Anonymous Retreats.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and identity of all guests.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (texts, visuals, logo, design, downloadable materials) belongs to Anonymous Retreats and is protected by copyright law.
